About the role

The Practical Nurse will work in the Out‑Patient Department of a pediatric clinic, delivering patient‑centred care under the supervision of Registered Nurses. This full‑time position supports the clinic’s mission to provide high‑quality health services to children in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct patient care according to established care plans and the Nursing Scope of Practice.
Assist Registered Nurses with clinical procedures and documentation.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and observations.
Ensure compliance with the Abu Dhabi Nurses Code of Conduct and hospital policies.
Maintain a safe and clean environment within the OPD.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.

Required profile

Practical Nurse qualification recognized in the UAE.
Ability to work under supervision and follow established protocols.
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability for personal actions.
Commitment to the organization’s mission, vision and values.
