About the role
The Practical Nurse will work in the Out‑Patient Department of a pediatric clinic, delivering patient‑centred care under the supervision of Registered Nurses. This full‑time position supports the clinic’s mission to provide high‑quality health services to children in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care according to established care plans and the Nursing Scope of Practice.
- Assist Registered Nurses with clinical procedures and documentation.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and observations.
- Ensure compliance with the Abu Dhabi Nurses Code of Conduct and hospital policies.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment within the OPD.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
Required profile
- Practical Nurse qualification recognized in the UAE.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow established protocols.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability for personal actions.
- Commitment to the organization’s mission, vision and values.
