Pre-Sales Expert Consultant (FMD)

About the role

Thinkproject, a construction software platform, is hiring a Pre-Sales Expert Consultant in Dubai. You will identify customer opportunities and pain points, define use cases and business value, and demonstrate why Thinkproject software is the right solution. You will work on new or existing account opportunities, either independently on a transactional product sell or as part of a team on a solution sell, supporting sales in every phase of the opportunity lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the pre-sales process: discover business pains on initial conversations, then deliver value-based pitches on client calls using demos and presentations.
• Be an expert in multiple Thinkproject business functions (e.g. CDE, Contracts) and configure and present the solution in a customer-centric way for both Enterprise and Invest accounts.
• Define the product and solution scope so that implementation teams can take over effectively.
• Build and manage pre-sales collateral such as use cases, demo material, storyboards and video messages.
• Assess and respond to RFI and RFP requests from a technical point of view.
• Detect new business opportunities with existing customers and give structured feedback to product and development teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Degree in Engineering, IT, Architecture or a comparable field.
• Communication skills and consultancy skills.
• Business assessment expertise, following the process with strategy and analysis.
