Pricing Analyst (Fleet & Vehicle Leasing)

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Pricing Analyst to support our growing vehicle leasing and mobility business in Dubai. The role focuses on developing competitive pricing strategies, analysing market trends and vehicle valuation across multiple segments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis within vehicle leasing, rental and mobility sectors.
• Monitor pricing trends, depreciation patterns, residual values and market demand.
• Develop and maintain pricing models for fleet leasing products and services.
• Analyse total cost of ownership for different vehicle types and brands.
• Evaluate new vehicle introductions and recommend pricing strategies.
• Prepare regular pricing, market intelligence and business insight reports for management.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Procurement, Fleet Operations and Finance teams.
• Support contract pricing, tender submissions and strategic business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to optimise profitability while maintaining competitiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Automotive Management, Statistics or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in vehicle leasing, automotive pricing, vehicle distribution or mobility solutions.
• Strong understanding of the UAE automotive market and leasing industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, commercial and problem‑solving abilities.
