Pricing Analyst

About the role

Join Etihad Cargo’s pricing team and take ownership of network-wide pricing and offer management. You will help drive the revenue plan by developing seasonal pricing strategies, monitoring market conditions, and ensuring optimal price and capacity decisions across assigned routes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement seasonal pricing strategies in coordination with regional commercial teams.
• Set prices by flow, rate type, customer and product, and identify tactical promotions.
• Create and evaluate route‑specific offer portfolios, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Govern and track price performance and capacity allocations, supporting commercial teams to meet targets.
• Conduct research and analysis using internal and external data to highlight regional opportunities and risks.
• Evaluate spot rates, approve pricing based on contribution optimization, and monitor route performance.
• Prepare pricing proposals for global customer tenders and advise commercial managers on negotiation stance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional groups on new product launches, strategic initiatives, and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least two years of revenue management or related analytical experience.
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles, pricing methodologies, and modelling.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making, and numerical abilities.
• Comfortable working with complex systems and data.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cargo revenue management systems and flight planning concepts.
