Primary School Teacher (British Curriculum)

About the role

Mamoura British Academy, part of Aldar Academies, is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Class Teacher to join its British curriculum school in Abu Dhabi starting August 2026. The role involves delivering high‑quality learning experiences to primary‑aged students and contributing to the academy’s vision of an innovative, sustainable learning community.

Key responsibilities

• Teach all areas of the Primary English National Curriculum.
• Organise the classroom, learning resources and displays to foster a positive environment.
• Provide support and interventions for EAL learners and students with additional learning needs.
• Collaborate with speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and educational psychologists as required.
• Share best practice, participate in CPD and contribute to school‑wide teaching and learning initiatives.
• Integrate educational technology into lesson delivery.
• Assess student progress using Learning Ladders and provide regular feedback to parents.
• Implement the school’s behaviour management policy and uphold TRACK values.
• Support curriculum action groups, school events, outings and run a weekly extracurricular activity.
