About the role

Deira International School (DIS) is seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers for Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 to join its award‑winning, inclusive community in August 2026. Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Implement the EYFS framework in early years and support progression into Key Stage 1/2.
• Integrate digital literacy and interdisciplinary activities into daily teaching.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and fellow teachers to maintain outstanding teaching standards.
• Contribute to extracurricular programmes, sport, performing arts and leadership initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive, safe and supportive classroom environment.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with proven experience in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
• Commitment to inclusive education and holistic student development.
• Strong belief in high expectations and challenging pupils to achieve their best.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, multicultural community.
