Primary Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Primary Teacher to join our network of schools across the UAE. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality instruction to K‑12 students using either the AP or IB curriculum, depending on the school location.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with AP or IB standards.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare teaching materials and resources.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to support student development.
• Participate in parent‑teacher meetings and school events.

Required profile

• Native English speaker from an English‑speaking country.
• Bachelor’s degree in the subject taught (or Education for K‑12) and a teaching license (preferred).
• Post‑graduate teaching experience of at least 2 years in the relevant subject area.
• Ability to provide references verifying teaching experience.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum.
• Familiarity with College Board Advanced Placement (AP) curriculum.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract of 2‑3 years.
• Salary ranging from 12,500 AED to 21,000 AED per month, based on experience and credentials.
• Flight allowance, furnished apartment and utilities up to 500 AED/month.
