Principal Delivery Management Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Principal – Delivery Management Services to lead major programs and strategic initiatives for our clients in Abu Dhabi. The role combines program delivery oversight, team leadership, client management and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale programs across multiple client engagements, overseeing planning, execution, governance, budgets, risks and performance reporting.
• Act as senior point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams, handling resource allocation, staffing and workload distribution.
• Establish and maintain consistent program management standards, methodologies, tools and quality requirements.
• Identify and mitigate delivery, financial, contractual and reputational risks.
• Develop new business opportunities, lead proposal preparation including solution design, staffing, pricing and commercial considerations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy or related field; Master’s/MBA/MPA preferred.
• 10+ years progressive experience in program/project delivery with leadership responsibility, preferably in consulting, PMO or large‑scale program organisations.
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder programs in the UAE public‑sector or government‑related environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, contracting and financial management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client‑management skills.
