Principal Insights Analyst

About the role

The Principal Insights Analyst will lead the delivery of analytics and insight use cases across multiple Emirates Group business units. Working closely with internal customers, you will translate complex data into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end business engagement, from problem definition through methodology selection, data collection oversight and statistical analysis.
• Produce compelling visualisations and narratives that turn analytical findings into clear, actionable outcomes for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business partners to define relevant measures, metrics and KPIs for root‑cause analysis.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of analysts, ensuring they have the domain knowledge and analytical expertise required.
• Work with federated analytics communities to raise self‑service capabilities and embed a culture of data‑driven decision making.
• Promote inclusion and community building across functions to sustain analytics excellence.
