Principal Product Manager – Digital Twin Platform

About the role

Analog is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead product discovery, roadmap development, and backlog quality across multiple delivery teams within a large digital transformation program. You will translate operator and end‑user needs into prioritized releases that focus on outcomes rather than output.

Key responsibilities

• Spearhead product discovery and create a clear, prioritized roadmap for several delivery teams.
• Maintain high‑quality backlogs, ensuring each item is well‑defined, sized appropriately, and linked to measurable outcomes.
• Conduct structured discovery sessions with customers and operators to validate assumptions before engineering effort.
• Define and track outcome metrics for each release, holding teams accountable for results.
• Align roadmap priorities across teams, resolve trade‑offs, and coordinate sequencing decisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and the principal solution architect to ensure realistic and technically sound scope.
• Represent the product roadmap to customers, partners, and leadership, translating feedback into actionable priorities.
• Provide release notes and positioning to support go‑to‑market and delivery teams.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a Senior or Principal Product Manager, owning roadmaps and discovery across multiple teams.
• Proven track record of delivering products that achieve measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable holding delivery teams accountable for outcomes, not just feature delivery.
• Experience with complex, multi‑team platforms, preferably in defense, government, or regulated sectors.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Data‑informed approach to prioritization and roadmap decisions.
