Principal Product Manager, LeanX

About the role

LeanTech is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead LeanX, its cross‑border payments and stablecoin platform. You will shape product direction from day one, turn strategy into specs and roadmaps, and work closely with engineering teams in Sarajevo and commercial teams in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy for all LeanX lines, prioritising features and releases.
• Translate strategy into clear specifications, roadmaps and priorities for the engineering team.
• Build a scalable cross‑border payments platform, including repeatable corridor launches and automated treasury operations.
• Own the stablecoin‑native infrastructure roadmap, covering wallets‑as‑a‑service, on‑ramps/off‑ramps and payouts.
• Ensure LeanX leverages Lean’s core infrastructure, maintaining a unified platform across fiat and stablecoin.
• Act as the primary product liaison for clients, commercial teams and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably with B2B or infrastructure products.
• Background in cross‑border payments, remittance, treasury or stablecoin infrastructure.
• Strong technical fluency and comfort discussing APIs and system design.
• Proven track record taking early‑stage products to scale in a startup or new‑business environment.
• Experience working in regulated environments and handling compliance as a product input.
• Excellent written communication and ability to produce specs and strategy documents.
