Principal Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Discovered is seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join its fast‑growing technology recruitment team after a record‑breaking year. You will work across high‑growth sectors such as AI, machine learning, data, software engineering, digital transformation, cloud and infrastructure, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions for leading tech clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage senior technology talent across multiple specialisms.
• Develop new business opportunities and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle—from prospecting and pitching to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align talent strategies with client needs.
• Meet or exceed billable targets while maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior or principal recruiter in technology markets.
• Track record of winning new business and delivering successful placements.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience recruiting for AI, Machine Learning, Data, Software Engineering, Digital Transformation, Cloud or Infrastructure roles.
