Principal Solution Engineer - Marketing Cloud (Middle East)

About the role

Salesforce is hiring a Principal Solution Engineer for its Marketing Cloud offering in the Middle East, based in Dubai (or Riyadh, KSA) on a hybrid basis. The role is a technical and strategic partner to the sales teams, helping customers understand how Marketing Cloud can transform customer engagement and marketing automation, combining product expertise with regional business acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and build winning sales strategies for Marketing Cloud
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs) and technical presentations
• Translate customer business requirements into Marketing Cloud solution architectures (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Personalization, Data Cloud integration)
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with technically sound proposals
• Build trusted relationships with customer marketing, IT and digital transformation stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product Management to relay regional customer feedback and support regional marketing events, webinars and executive briefings

Required profile

• Proven experience in Solution Engineering, Digital Marketing or Customer Success with Salesforce technology or technical consulting, focused on marketing technology and customer engagement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to technical teams and C-level executives
• Fluent in English; Arabic highly preferred
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, product management and customer success

Required skills

• Strong technical understanding of data-driven solutions, including Data 360 and customer data platforms
• Even better: knowledge of programming languages, at least two years of hands-on experience with Agentic marketing solutions, and experience with production-grade prototypes
