Principal Solutions Consultant

About the role

Searce is looking for a Principal Solutions Consultant to own revenue‑generating, outcome‑focused engagements with strategic clients. You will act as the single point of accountability for designing, delivering and scaling AI‑powered, cloud‑native solutions that drive measurable business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving revenue and measurable outcomes.
• Engage directly with C‑level stakeholders to uncover challenges and co‑define transformation journeys.
• Lead discovery from first principles, map root problems and design intelligent solution architectures.
• Apply the evlos™ methodology to iterate, improve and scale high‑value solutions.
• Execute go‑to‑market strategies in collaboration with hyperscalers, ISVs and AI partners.
• Deliver end‑to‑end outcomes, ensuring the solution sold is the solution implemented.

Required profile

• Strong consultative mindset with the ability to translate complex business problems into clear, actionable solutions.
• Proven experience influencing senior executives and driving transformation initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
