About the role

We are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and service‑oriented Private Cabin Crew member to provide an exceptional inflight and ground‑based experience for an ultra‑high‑net‑worth family and their guests. The role combines world‑class hospitality with rigorous safety and confidentiality standards, ensuring every journey is seamless, secure, and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, luxury hospitality on board, attending to dietary, medical and personal requests.
• Manage all cabin safety and emergency procedures, conducting detailed pre‑flight and post‑flight checks.
• Coordinate with flight deck and ground staff to guarantee smooth operations.
• Maintain cabin presentation, cleanliness and passenger comfort throughout the flight.
• Provide personal assistance to the principal and family, including schedule management, travel logistics, packing/unpacking and on‑ground errands.
• Uphold strict discretion, professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Required profile

• Valid Cabin Crew Attestation / License (GCAA, EASA or equivalent).
• Minimum three years experience in VIP/private jet or luxury airline cabin service.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and first‑aid.
• Polished appearance, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work irregular schedules.

Required skills

• Cabin Crew License (GCAA/EASA).
• First‑aid certification.
• Familiarity with Airbus A320 family or similar business jets.
