Private Residence Manager (Villa)

About the role

We are looking for a polished, discreet, and service‑driven Residence Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a private villa owned by a leading conglomerate. The ideal candidate will bring strong hospitality experience from luxury hotels, serviced residences, or private households and will be able to maintain the highest standards of service, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily villa operations, ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and readiness at all times.
• Supervise and coordinate household staff across housekeeping, kitchen, service, maintenance, gardening, drivers, and external support teams.
• Manage staff schedules, duties, leave planning, grooming standards, and performance.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, preventive checks, and vendor visits efficiently.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to guarantee quality and timely delivery.
• Control inventory of groceries, supplies, uniforms, linen, and equipment.
• Support family requirements, guest visits, VIP hospitality, private gatherings, and day‑to‑day service requests.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the principal, family, guests, and household operations.
• Keep basic records of expenses, inventory, vendor visits, maintenance schedules, and staff attendance.

Required profile

• Prior experience in luxury hospitality, private residences, or VIP guest‑facing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage household staff and coordinate multiple operational requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of discretion, reliability, maturity, and confidentiality.
• Flexible working hours aligned with household needs.
• Fluency in English; Hindi and/or Malayalam are advantageous.
