Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer – Delinea

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer with strong expertise in Delinea PAM solutions to design, implement, administer, onboard and manage enterprise PAM environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure and administer Delinea Secret Server, Privilege Manager and Remote Access solutions.
• Implement privileged account onboarding, password vaulting, session management, recording and credential rotation.
• Integrate Delinea PAM with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, MFA, SIEM and ServiceNow platforms.
• Develop and maintain PAM workflows, approval processes, JIT access and least‑privilege controls.
• Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshoot incidents, monitor platform performance and participate in on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of IT/Cybersecurity experience with at least 3 years hands‑on Delinea PAM implementation in large enterprises.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security or related field.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, MFA, and identity integrations.
• Proven ability to onboard privileged accounts across Windows, Linux, databases, network devices and cloud workloads.
