Process Engineer – Industrial Optimization

About the role

The Process Engineer will lead the design and optimisation of industrial processes, manufacturing systems and production lines, ensuring efficiency, scalability and manufacturing readiness for the Pulse Nova operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise factory layouts, workflows and material flows to support efficient production and logistics.
• Lead the transfer and implementation of Indra’s industrial knowledge, standards and best practices across the Pulse Nova ecosystem.
• Conduct process simulations and capacity analyses to support production planning and facility design.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver effective and scalable industrial solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, industrialisation or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in manufacturing process design, production line optimisation and industrial facility/layout design.
• Familiarity with Indra’s manufacturing processes and the ToP framework is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0.
• Proficiency in CAD and process simulation tools.
• Analytical and data‑driven problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Ability to design practical, scalable and efficient manufacturing solutions.
