Process Safety Management Specialist – Global Role

About the role

The Process Safety Management (PSM) Specialist supports the Head of Health & Safety in implementing and enhancing process safety across the Generation International fleet. Based in Dubai, the role involves extensive travel to sites worldwide to drive hazard identification, risk analysis, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout and improvement of PSM practices across all assets.
• Coordinate process safety network meetings, reporting, and data sharing.
• Participate in Process Hazard Risk Assessments (PHRA), BowTie workshops, HAZID/HAZOP studies, and safety audits.
• Track and close out actions from risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Maintain and update process safety documentation and dashboards.
• Deliver PSM training, develop competency programs, and mentor local PSM champions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in process safety management within industrial or generation environments.
• Strong understanding of Engie Group safety standards and PSM fundamentals.
• Ability to travel up to 70% internationally and work across multicultural teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for reporting and knowledge sharing.
