Processor – Central Operations (Escrow & Transaction Processing)

About the role

Emirates Islamic Bank is seeking a detail‑oriented Processor for Central Operations to ensure efficient processing of banking transactions while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and process operational transactions in line with service standards.
• Provide operational support to branches and internal business units.
• Manage account identification, closure, and cheque return activities.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate operational records.
• Support operational projects, process improvements and User Acceptance Testing.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary Education or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 years experience in banking operations or transaction processing.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining compliance.
