Procurement Analyst (UAE Only)

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to support the development and execution of our procurement and contract strategy in the United Arab Emirates. The role will ensure compliance with policies, evaluate suppliers, and contribute to cost‑effective purchasing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing procurement and contract strategies, translating them into actionable plans.
• Lead planning processes for strategy rollout and monitor alignment with overall business objectives.
• Evaluate vendor pricing, reliability, and contractual compliance to inform decision‑making.
• Maintain evaluation procedures, manage technical clarifications, and support tender award processes.
• Verify registered and pre‑qualified suppliers, performing analyses against internal performance standards.
• Analyze vendor performance and contract inputs to identify suitable suppliers.
• Support contract and procurement analysis to detect irregularities and enhance efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential suppliers to achieve optimal cost‑benefit outcomes.
• Manage governance, control, and risk across procurement functions to uphold standards.
• Stay informed on market developments, purchasing techniques, and regulatory changes, sharing insights with the team.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in supplier evaluation and contract compliance.
