Procurement and Logistics Coordinator (FMCG)

About the role

A full-time, on-site Procurement and Logistics Coordinator position in the FMCG sector, based in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE. The role keeps the supply chain running efficiently through consistent follow-up, accurate record keeping and proactive communication.

Key responsibilities

• Track shipments and manage import and export documentation, knowing the documents required.
• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors and logistics providers to keep operations smooth, efficient, cost-effective and timely.
• Analyse purchasing and logistics data, optimise costs and resolve delivery issues.
• Support compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG with knowledge of supply chain and logistics in international and/or GCC markets.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai (Jebel Ali Free Zone) and collaborate with a cross-functional team.

Required skills

• Purchase orders and vendor management; strong analytical skills to review data and monitor inventory.
• Effective communication with suppliers, distributors, logistics partners and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot tables) and ERP or procurement systems.
