Procurement Consultant

About the role

The Procurement Consultant will lead the management of sub‑consultant frameworks and the supply base, supporting category strategy and project sourcing. This role ensures frameworks are performance‑driven, aligned with strategy, and integrated into consistent sourcing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and refresh sub‑consultant frameworks to match market capacity and business needs.
• Design supplier performance criteria, refresh cycles and escalation routes, and track performance to drive improvement.
• Support category strategy by defining in‑house vs outsource principles and providing supply‑base insights.
• Ensure sourcing steps are auditable, integrate frameworks with standardised pathways, and continuously refine processes.
• Provide guidance on ERP use for all sourcing activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, category or supplier management.
• Proven experience managing frameworks or preferred supplier lists.
• Strong understanding of sourcing governance and audit requirements.
• Excellent analytical capability and ability to interpret performance data.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
