Procurement Enablement Section Head

About the role

The Procurement Enablement Section Head leads the Supply Management Section, overseeing the Data & Systems and Procurement Projects units. The role ensures robust procurement system performance, data integrity, governance, sustainability integration, and audit readiness while driving continuous improvement and digital enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, prioritisation and delivery across Data & Systems and Procurement Projects units.
• Ensure procurement systems are stable, correctly configured, and audit‑ready.
• Oversee development and maintenance of dashboards, reports and KPI mechanisms.
• Drive digital enablement and automation initiatives aligned with business needs.
• Manage quality assurance, compliance and governance activities across Supply Management.
• Integrate ESG and sustainability requirements into procurement processes and reporting.
• Develop, implement and maintain procurement policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
• Monitor compliance, conduct spot checks and manage conflict‑of‑interest processes.
• Prepare the section for internal and external audits, track observations and ensure corrective actions.
• Maintain the risk register and functional plan, aligning them with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in procurement enablement or supply management.
• Strong understanding of procurement systems, data governance and digital transformation.
• Experience with sustainability, ESG integration and audit readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of developing policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
