About the role
The company is delivering a large wastewater treatment and pipeline project in Ras Al Khaimah, targeting commercial operation by March 2029. We are seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer to support material procurement for this initiative.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct inquiries, price comparisons and bid evaluations for pipes, fittings, concrete and reinforcing steel.
- Prepare purchase orders, track delivery status and ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Assist with supplier technical evaluation and sample approval.
- Verify that purchased materials meet project specifications and local standards.
Required profile
- Good communication skills in English.
- At least 5 years total experience and a minimum of 2 years in the current position.
- Preference for experience in wastewater treatment and pipeline construction.
- Certificates approved by Ras Al Khaimah municipality are advantageous.
