Procurement Executive – Aviation

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Executive to support the global development and optimisation of the Click Aviation Network. The role will focus on sourcing reliable vendors, negotiating commercial terms and ensuring cost‑effective, compliant solutions for handling and fuel services across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, RFQs, quotation analysis, purchase order creation and order tracking.
• Validate purchase requisitions and ensure timely execution while complying with internal policies and audit requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, handle vendor registration, onboarding, price negotiations and contract renewals.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and periodic appraisals.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers on strategic sourcing, demand‑supply planning and inventory optimisation.
• Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Business Development teams to align procurement actions with business needs.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, pricing trackers and performance reports; provide analytical insights and support management reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Finance, Logistics or a related discipline.
• At least 12 months of procurement or vendor management experience, preferably in an aviation or transport environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
