About the role
We are seeking a Procurement Executive to join our contracting and fit‑out services company in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process, ensuring that all materials and services are sourced efficiently, cost‑effectively and on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions and related procurement documentation with accuracy.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate prices and follow up orders to guarantee timely delivery.
- Support vendor evaluation, conduct cost analysis and verify invoices, pricing and product specifications.
- Coordinate purchasing requirements with internal departments, monitor inventory levels and resolve any supplier or delivery discrepancies.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum four years of relevant experience in the UAE procurement field.
- Hands‑on knowledge of purchase orders, supplier quotations, procurement records, invoice verification and order tracking.
