Procurement & Liaison Manager

About the role

The Procurement & Liaison Manager will oversee EPC contract management for large infrastructure projects, ensuring contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and effective stakeholder collaboration on‑site in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multi‑year EPC contracts covering design, procurement, construction and commissioning phases.
• Enforce contract terms, coordinate with EPC contractors, and maintain alignment between parties.
• Identify and manage commercial, schedule, and legal risks, providing decision support to the Project Director.
• Handle stakeholder management for internal teams, partners and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Allocate and communicate liabilities related to design changes, delays, cost overruns and quality issues.
• Control expenditures through negotiations, performance monitoring and cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in EPC environments, preferably in Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong technical background and knowledge of commercial disciplines.
• Experience in conflict resolution and mediation.
• Ability to work on‑site five days a week with occasional travel (up to 5%).
