Procurement Officer – Façade & Aluminum

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and purchasing of aluminium profiles, façade materials, glass accessories, hardware, sealants and other fabrication consumables for a leading metal‑fabrication company in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify suppliers, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and issue purchase orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to support fabrication and installation schedules.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, production, warehouse and project teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, inventory levels and procurement costs.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and generate regular reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of procurement experience, including proven experience in the aluminium and façade industry.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, façade systems, hardware, sealants, glass fittings and related fabrication materials.
• Experience working with aluminium system suppliers, subcontractors and fabrication vendors.
