Procurement Officer

About the role

Robustrade is seeking a Procurement Officer to support its expanding EPC, infrastructure and factory installation projects in Dubai. The role will manage sourcing of mechanical equipment, MEP systems and construction materials, ensuring smooth supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement cycles for industrial, EPC and infrastructure projects.
• Identify, onboard and develop reliable regional and international suppliers for technical and mechanical materials.
• Conduct techno‑commercial evaluations of supplier quotations to meet technical specifications and budget.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Oversee international logistics, trade documentation, customs clearance and import/export processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to source specialized MEP components and heavy machinery.

Required profile

• Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Proven experience in technical and industrial procurement within EPC or construction environments.
• Familiarity with the GCC/UAE market is a strong plus.
• Experience with ERP or SAP procurement modules and cross‑border shipping regulations.
