About the role
The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and recommending suppliers and services that meet project requirements. The role involves close interaction with vendors to negotiate and finalize contract terms, ensuring optimal value for the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Screen potential suppliers and assess their capability to fulfil project needs.
- Recommend appropriate suppliers and services to internal stakeholders based on project specifications.
- Engage with vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and contractual conditions.
- Prepare and manage contract documentation in line with company policies.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar procurement role is considered an advantage.
