About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The role focuses on managing procurement activities within logistics and international trade, ensuring cost‑effective sourcing and smooth outbound operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective procurement and sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Identify and build relationships with profitable suppliers.
• Approve and finalize purchases, contracts, and deliveries.
• Coordinate outbound logistics and manage shipment schedules.
• Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery advice.
• Track key procurement metrics to improve effectiveness and reduce costs.
• Conduct contract reviews and ensure compliance.
• Lead sourcing initiatives to drive cost‑efficiency and improve supplier performance.
• Use data analytics for decision‑making and reporting to management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
• Monitor and manage supply chain risks.

Required profile
