Procurement Specialist – Media Industry (3-Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our media team on a 3‑month contract. The role focuses on sourcing and managing suppliers for visual merchandising, LED signage, store fit‑outs and promotional merchandise. Immediate joiners on a sponsorship visa are required.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing and RFQ/RFP processes for visual merchandising, signage, printing, fabrication, retail fixtures and corporate gifting.
• Source, negotiate and secure contracts with suppliers while ensuring quality, cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives without compromising standards.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand and Retail teams to align procurement with business needs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Hands‑on experience sourcing visual merchandising, POSM, signage, printing, fabrication, retail fixtures or promotional/gifting items.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Background in retail, FMCG or consumer brands is preferred.
