Product Analyst – Remote (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Analyst to turn complex product and user data into actionable insights that drive growth and improve customer experiences. The role sits at the intersection of analytics, product management, and business strategy, supporting data‑driven decision‑making across digital platforms. You will work fully remotely while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to evaluate features, optimise user journeys, and uncover revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse product performance and user behaviour to spot trends, opportunities and improvement areas.
• Define, monitor and optimise key metrics such as retention, conversion, lifetime value, revenue and churn.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for Product, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Conduct deep analyses of customer journeys, feature adoption, promotional initiatives and overall product performance.
• Partner with Product Managers on new releases, enhancements and A/B testing.
• Identify friction points in the customer journey and recommend data‑backed improvements.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure analytical data quality, consistency and availability.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role within digital products.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑motivated and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.

• Google Analytics 4, Amplitude or Mixpanel (event‑based analytics platforms)
