Product Manager – Building Materials Category

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the GLP category strategy across the IMEA region, aligning with LIXIL and regional business goals. You will drive growth by analysing market trends, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with sales, marketing and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 3‑year and 5‑year product roadmap for the GLP category.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee new product introductions, discontinuations and innovations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key distributors to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Work with sales and marketing to design promotional campaigns and tailored sales plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply‑chain to guarantee optimal stock availability.
• Plan planograms with retail and showroom teams for different partner categories.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Promote sustainability initiatives within the product category.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in a product‑based industry, preferably building materials.
• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
