Product Manager - Digital Channels

About the role

The Product Manager (Digital Channels) at ADNOC Distribution is responsible for the strategic development, optimization and innovation of the company's digital platforms, including web, mobile and emerging channels. The role drives the digital product vision, ensures seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency, and engages regularly with executive and chief-level leadership to support ADNOC's digital transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital product strategy aligned with divisional and corporate goals, and lead digital transformation initiatives that improve customer engagement, loyalty and service delivery.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior and emerging technologies, and build a digital product roadmap prioritized by business value and stakeholder input.
• Own digital channel commercial performance, including revenue contribution, conversion uplift and cost to serve, and prioritize the annual investment roadmap.
• Monitor performance metrics, implement continuous improvement methods such as Agile and Lean, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations and other teams, and present product performance and innovation proposals to senior leadership.
• Manage relationships with vendors and development partners, oversee SLAs and contract negotiations, and coordinate with procurement and legal teams.
• Oversee the selection and use of CRM platforms, analytics and business intelligence tools, project management platforms, customer experience tools and vendor management systems.
