Product Manager Growth

About the role

ADSS, a leading retail and institutional brokerage in Abu Dhabi, is transforming into a data‑driven, purpose‑led enterprise. As a Product Manager – Growth you will own the end‑to‑end growth agenda for our digital trading platforms, driving user acquisition, activation, conversion and ongoing engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a growth roadmap aligned with strategic business goals.
• Identify high‑impact opportunities across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention and upsell using data, insights and competitive intelligence.
• Design, execute and analyse A/B tests and rapid MVP experiments to optimise sign‑up conversion, KYC completion, first deposit and product activation.
• Champion a test‑and‑learn culture with evidence‑based prioritisation frameworks (ICE, RICE, North Star metrics).
• Lead cross‑functional sprints with marketing, design, engineering and analytics to deliver experiments on landing pages, referral flows, trial journeys and in‑product messaging.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover barriers and prototype behavioural nudges that boost engagement.

Required profile

• At least 72 months (6 years) of experience in product growth, product management or a related data‑driven role.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and deliver experiments at speed.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on metrics such as FTD growth, ARPU and trial‑to‑deposit conversion.
