Financial Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Accountant to support the finance function of La Bottega Collective’s Dubai office, serving the luxury hospitality sector. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will handle month‑end reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and compliance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements and variance analysis using SAP.
• Process supplier invoices, expense claims and execute supplier payments.
• Issue customer invoices, manage credit notes and follow up on overdue receivables.
• Perform bank reconciliations, cash‑flow reporting and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist with VAT returns, audit schedules and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum five years of accounting experience, preferably in a regional office of a global business.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE tax requirements.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple deadlines.
