Product Manager - Growth

About the role

As a Product Manager – Growth you will own the end‑to‑end lead‑generation performance of dubizzle’s value‑added services funnels, including inspections, financing, insurance, evaluations and service contracts. You will work closely with design, engineering and cross‑functional teams to identify bottlenecks, run experiments and ship improvements that increase lead volume and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end lead‑conversion performance across inspections, financing, insurance, evaluations and service‑contract funnels.
• Identify choke points using data, session recordings and user‑behaviour analysis and run A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion.
• Design and ship wireframes, user flows and mockups in Figma and collaborate with engineering to implement improvements.
• Build and maintain dashboards in GA4, GTM and Excel to track funnel health, experiment results and lead quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 4–6 years of product management or growth experience in e‑commerce, marketplace or classifieds platforms.
• Proven track record of improving funnel conversion rates and running structured A/B testing programmes.
