Product Manager I

About the role

Careem is looking for a Product Manager I to lead the Careem Plus membership program. You will act as a co‑founder of the business, shaping product strategy, driving execution, and partnering with banks, telecoms, and other tech players to grow the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product initiatives from ideation through launch and impact measurement.
• Own and deliver complex features that depend on the broader Super App, ensuring timely delivery and measurable customer value.
• Support the Head of Product in defining and executing the product roadmap and long‑term strategy.
• Use market research, industry trends, and deep customer insights to guide Careem Plus growth.
• Test hypotheses with data, uncover opportunities, and iterate quickly.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships across engineering, design, marketing, and operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of product management experience.
• Strong business acumen combined with technical understanding.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
