Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead a core area of a sophisticated B2B SaaS platform used by revenue and marketing teams worldwide. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to shape product strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable customer and business value.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a core product area throughout the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to long‑term evolution.
• Define and execute product roadmaps that balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations.
• Translate complex workflows, customer feedback, market insights, and data into actionable product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver intuitive, high‑quality, and scalable experiences.
• Establish success metrics, monitor performance, and drive data‑informed prioritisation and iteration.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure successful product positioning, adoption, and impact.
• Make strategic trade‑offs in complex enterprise environments and champion product excellence.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing complex B2B SaaS products with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Strong product management expertise, including roadmap development, prioritisation, customer discovery, and strategy.
• Proven ability to simplify complex business challenges and convert insights into impactful solutions.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Passion for creating customer‑centric products that drive engagement and long‑term value.
