Product Manager

About the role

Sarwa is a fast‑growing fintech platform focused on making investing easy, affordable and transparent. As a Product Manager you will shape the design, development and strategy of our consumer‑facing product, working closely with cross‑functional teams in a remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, engineering and other stakeholders to define, prioritize and deliver high‑quality product features on schedule.
• Gather and analyse user feedback and data insights to continuously improve the product experience.
• Write clear product requirements and support implementation through design and engineering reviews.
• Use analytics tools such as Amplitude and Metabase to measure performance, identify opportunities and inform roadmap decisions.
• Coordinate QA, testing and release processes to ensure smooth deployments.
• Stay up‑to‑date with fintech trends and customer needs to help shape product direction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of product‑management experience in a consumer‑tech or startup environment.
• Proven track record of managing a product through its full lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Systems‑thinking mindset and a proactive “whatever it takes” attitude.
• Drive to challenge the status quo and innovate within the financial services sector.
