Product Manager – Jewelry & Timepieces (UAE)

About the role

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Jewelry & Timepieces portfolio in the UAE. You will shape product strategy, drive commercial performance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring luxury products to market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Support development and implementation of product strategies to strengthen brand performance.
• Monitor product performance, analyse market trends, customer insights and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, Merchandising and regional teams to launch initiatives.
• Manage the product lifecycle from launch through performance monitoring and optimisation.
• Prepare business analyses, reports and presentations for strategic decision‑making.
• Contribute to forecasting, assortment planning and commercial recommendations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects ensuring timely execution.

Required profile

• Solid experience in product management or marketing within the luxury industry.
• Analytical, business‑oriented and curious mindset.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
