Product Manager – Mobile & Digital Apps

About the role

Responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and performance of Etihad's Mobile App portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Digital, the role owns the end‑to‑end product lifecycle of customer‑facing mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Etihad's mobile applications.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and optimization.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high‑performing mobile experiences.
• Drive Agile product delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and release planning.
• Leverage customer insights, analytics, market trends, and competitive benchmarking to inform product decisions.
• Monitor product KPIs, adoption, engagement, and customer feedback to continuously improve the mobile experience.
• Manage third‑party vendors and technology partners to ensure successful product delivery and operational excellence.
• Act as the voice of the customer, balancing user needs with business objectives and technical considerations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years managing mobile app products at scale.
• Proven success launching and growing customer‑facing mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, customer journeys, app analytics, mobile UX, and experimentation frameworks.
• Airline or travel industry experience is required.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
