Product Marketing Manager – Global Transfers

About the role

Tabby is expanding its money‑app to include global transfers and is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the go‑to‑market strategy for this new service. You will shape positioning, messaging and launch plans for each corridor, turning existing Tabby users into regular money‑senders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for global transfers, including positioning, messaging, launch sequencing and corridor‑by‑corridor planning.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to understand the needs, triggers and anxieties of users sending money home, and translate insights into product and marketing decisions.
• Drive conversion of existing customers into first‑time senders and nurture repeat transfers through lifecycle, performance and product collaboration.
• Design marketing campaigns that focus on moments that trigger transfers rather than only rate‑based offers.
• Allocate and manage the marketing budget across channels and incentives, measuring and reporting on ROI.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and turn it into actionable strategies.
• Partner with the brand studio and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in fintech or remittance services.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to conduct and synthesize market research.
• Excellent communication skills to craft clear positioning and messaging.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, lifecycle and performance teams.
• Knowledge of the UAE remittance market and its regulatory environment is a plus.
