Product Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to shape the positioning, launch, and adoption of our SaaS solutions. The role will drive user onboarding, engagement, and retention through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates our offerings.
• Collaborate with product, sales, customer success and marketing teams to ensure consistent communication.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
• Create onboarding experiences, in‑app messaging, tutorials and other tools to guide users.
• Monitor engagement metrics, identify retention opportunities and run upsell/cross‑sell campaigns.
• Establish KPIs, produce regular performance reports and recommend adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (MBA a plus).
• 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and data‑driven campaigns.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with analytics software.
• Knowledge of product‑led growth and user onboarding tools.
