Product Owner – Beyond Banking (Fintech & Travel Solutions)

About the role

The Product Owner – Beyond Banking will lead the development and commercial success of Mashreq’s fintech‑integrated, non‑financial services portfolio. Reporting to the Global Head of Beyond Banking, you will own the product backlog for connectivity (eSIM) and travel solutions, turning strategic vision into market‑ready offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for Beyond Banking propositions, especially eSIM and travel solutions.
• Translate group‑level strategy into detailed, agile delivery plans and manage the end‑to‑end product backlog.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners, technology teams, and business units to ensure seamless integration with Mashreq’s core banking platforms.
• Drive revenue generation and customer value across NEO, Gold, and Private segments in the UAE, Egypt, Pakistan and other target markets.
• Lead expansion of Beyond Banking services into new geographies, adapting solutions to local customer needs.
• Ensure disciplined agile execution, monitor performance metrics, and iterate based on market feedback.

Required profile

• Senior product leadership experience in fintech, digital services, or travel technology.
• Proven track record of delivering customer‑centric, revenue‑generating digital products.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Commercial mindset with ability to drive partner‑led innovation.
