Product Owner (Client Experience)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner focused on Client Experience to shape the post‑payment journey of a global digital product used by millions. Based in the United Arab Emirates and working fully remotely, you will collaborate with analytics, design and engineering teams to reduce friction and boost activation, retention and overall satisfaction across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the post‑payment customer journey, ensuring rapid and consistent user engagement.
• Increase activation by helping paying customers find high‑quality matches and sustain early communication within the first week.
• Identify friction points in discovery, recommendation and matching flows and design data‑driven solutions.
• Optimize personalization of offers, invites and recommendations based on behavior and preferences.
• Define and refine segmentation strategies to tailor experiences to diverse user needs.
• Collaborate with analytics, engineering and design to test hypotheses, measure impact and iterate.
• Develop engagement and reactivation mechanics such as gamification and targeted communications.

Required profile

• Strong experience in B2C product management, especially with complex discovery or recommendation systems.
• Proven track record of improving user activation, onboarding or time‑to‑value in consumer‑facing digital products.
• Solid understanding of post‑payment or subscription‑based customer journeys.
• Experience with data‑driven product development, experimentation, A/B testing and behavioral analysis.
• Ability to design and improve segmentation, personalization and recommendation logic.
• Fluent Russian language skills.
