Product Owner - Digital Transformation & Salesforce CX

About the role

A leading conglomerate with a portfolio spanning real estate, hospitality and leisure is hiring an experienced Product Owner for a large-scale digital transformation programme focused on Salesforce and Customer Experience (CX). The role links business stakeholders, technology teams and implementation partners, driving process improvements, digital solutions and better customer experiences across front-office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, priorities and transformation objectives.
• Lead business requirements gathering, process mapping and As-Is / To-Be redesign.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with IT teams and implementation partners to design and deliver Salesforce and CX solutions.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritisation and enhancement roadmaps.
• Support solution implementation, UAT and business readiness.
• Identify ways to improve customer journeys, streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement, adoption and benefits realisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 6+ years in digital transformation, product ownership, business analysis or related roles.
• Experience within the real estate sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bridge business and technology teams.

Required skills

• Strong Salesforce, CRM and CX transformation experience.
• Understanding of front-office processes, ideally in real estate sales, leasing or property management.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations and enterprise system integrations.
• Hands-on requirements gathering, process and customer journey mapping, user story development and functional specifications.
• Agile/Waterfall methods and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
